All Sales Are Final — No Returns or Refunds Except for Wrong Item Shipped

At SapStix we stand behind the quality of our products.
However, due to the nature of our items, all sales are final.
We only offer refunds or exchanges if you receive the wrong item.

Eligibility for Refund or Exchange:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • You must provide a photo of the item received, along with your order number.

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

If we confirm the wrong item was sent, we will:

  • Offer to resend the correct item at no additional charge or

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Situations:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size, color, or style selected by customer

  • Damage caused by misuse

  • Items that have been used
